I need help creating business plan for my class; Specifically I will need the following;

1. develop a short business plan for an events business – The business plan should provide a high-level overview of your strategy and plans. It must also highlight your key assumptions for revenue and expenses. The proposal should be 3 or 4 pages in length not counting the financial forecast.

2. Build a financial forecast in excel based on your assumptions in Part 1-The forecast must include a quarterly operating budget (Income Statement), a quarterly cash budget and a closing balance sheet budget. All including the assumptions.
